Description
It is a species of cactus that grows in relatively dry, sandy places. Known as Florida semaphore cactus, this plant acquires shrubby-tree growth from 1.5 to 2.5 meters tall with a strong base. It has a glaucous green color, waxy texture and circular shape. Flowering takes place almost all year round, with a peak between December and April, during which many buds appear on the top with salmon flowers.
